Quiet Lines Japan offers hand-brushed Japanese calligraphy artworks created in Japan, as well as printable digital download items.

This page provides information about shipping destinations, delivery, customs duties, product types, frames, usage terms, returns, cancellations, and contact.

発送対象国について / Shipping Destinations

現在、物理商品は以下の国へ発送しています。

・ 日本
・ イギリス
・ カナダ
・ オーストラリア
・ ニュージーランド
・ スイス
・ 香港
・ シンガポール

上記以外の国・地域への発送は、現在行っておりません。

また、EEA諸国および北アイルランドへは、物理商品・デジタル商品ともに現在販売を行っておりません。
お住まいの地域がEtsyの購入画面で選択できない場合は、現在対応外の地域となります。

Physical items are currently shipped to the following countries:

At this time, I do not ship physical items to other countries or regions.

発送方法とお届け日数について / Shipping Method and Delivery Time

物理商品は、日本から丁寧に梱包して発送いたします。

発送までの日数や配送目安は、商品内容や発送先の国によって異なります。

配送日数は目安であり、天候、通関、配送状況、繁忙期などにより遅れる場合があります。

Physical items are carefully packaged and shipped from Japan.

Processing time and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the item and destination country.
Please check the shipping information on each Etsy listing for details.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, postal conditions, or busy shipping seasons.

関税・輸入税について / Customs Duties and Import Taxes

国や地域によって、関税・輸入税・通関手数料などが発生する場合があります。

これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。

原画作品とデジタルダウンロードについて / Original Artworks and Digital Downloads

Quiet Lines Japanには、主に以下の2種類の商品があります。

Quiet Lines Japan mainly offers two types of items.

原画作品/Original Artworks

原画作品は、日本で制作した一点物の手書き書作品です。
和紙に墨で一枚ずつ手書きしており、実物を発送いたします。

素材、紙質、仕上げは作品によって異なります。
詳しくは各商品ページをご確認ください。

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind hand-brushed calligraphy pieces created in Japan.

Each piece is hand-brushed with sumi ink on washi paper and physically shipped to you.
Materials, paper type, and finishing may vary depending on the artwork.

デジタルダウンロード商品/Digital Download Items

デジタルダウンロード商品は、印刷用データのみの販売です。
実物の発送はありません。

ご自宅のプリンター、近くの印刷店、またはオンライン印刷サービスで印刷してご利用いただけます。
ファイル形式、サイズ、印刷方法、使用範囲は各商品ページをご確認ください。

Digital download items are printable files only.
No physical item will be shipped.

You can print the file at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

Please check each Etsy listing for file format, size, printing instructions, and usage terms.

額について / Frames

原画作品・デジタルダウンロード商品のいずれにも、額は付属しません。

商品画像には、飾ったときのイメージとして、額装例やインテリア写真を使用している場合があります。
実際にお届けする内容は、各商品ページの説明をご確認ください。

Frames are not included with original artworks or digital download items.

Some listing images may show framed examples or interior styling photos to help you imagine how the piece may look when displayed.
Please check each listing carefully for what is included.

購入した作品やデータの利用範囲について / Usage of Artworks and Digital Files

著作権は作家に帰属します。

原画作品・デジタルダウンロード商品ともに、作品やデータの複製・加工による再販売、データの再配布、ロゴ・商品デザイン・テンプレート・素材集への使用はできません。

ただし、印刷用インサートカードとして販売している商品に限り、ご自身のショップやサロンでの同梱カード、ギフト包装、メッセージカードとして印刷利用できます。

印刷したカードそのものの販売、データの配布・販売、デザインの加工・転用はできません。

Copyright remains with the artist.

Original artworks and digital download items may not be reproduced, altered, resold, redistributed, or used for logos, product designs, templates, or asset collections.

However, digital items sold as printable insert cards may be printed for use as enclosure cards, gift wrapping inserts, or message cards for your own shop or salon orders.

Selling the printed cards themselves, distributing or selling the files, or altering and repurposing the design for other products or materials is not permitted.

返品・キャンセルについて / Returns and Cancellations

返品・キャンセルの可否は、商品の種類や状況によって異なります。

原画作品、受注制作商品、デジタルダウンロード商品は、それぞれ性質が異なるため、詳しくはEtsyの商品ページおよびショップポリシーをご確認ください。

商品に破損や誤発送などの問題がある場合は、到着後できるだけ早くEtsyメッセージよりご連絡ください。

Return and cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of item.

Original artworks, custom-made items, and digital download items have different characteristics, so please check the Etsy listing and shop policies before purchasing.

If there is a problem with your order, such as damage during delivery or an incorrect item, please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible after delivery.
